Had such a great upper body workout today! Focused more on lower back exercises today and loved it 🤗 I have to be careful with any back exercise I do, due to my past disc injuries but luckily, these felt fine for me! If you’re looking for some good lower back exercises to try, give these a shot!  *yes I know there is a back extension machine right there but it’s currently broken and I’m too short to fit on the setting it is stuck on so we improvised 🤘)
