I like doing timed movements rather than reps because it allows me to go slow and controlled and actually feel the contraction of my core rather than just pumping them out

CIRCUIT: complete 2 rounds. Continue each movement for 1 Minute before moving onto the next
1️⃣ Plank Rotations
2️⃣ Alternating Touch Touches
3️⃣ Flutter Kicks (keep lower core engaged and hips tucked, DONT arch your lower back. These kill)
4️⃣ Bicycle Crunch

How I learnt to flip my grip in King Pigeon Pose →

This how to has been requested by so many of you so here’s some of my favourite practices that helped me learn to flip my grip in king pigeon.
Remember props are your best friend !! Use a belt, use a sock, use a scarf, use a tie, use whatever you have around the house! Get creative with your props and see how they help you modify and open your shoulders to find your flipped grip

The picture on the left was 5 months into my fitness journey (May 2018). I was super happy with my progress, and didn’t know what my body was capable of. The right was back in April of this year, and despite the confusing face , I’m SUPER PROUD of the transformation that I have been able to take.
.
What’s crazy is I get so many people who I know that will tell me that I’m too skinny. I literally had a co worker last week who said to me, “Is something wrong, are you ok? you’re So small!”
.
It gets very discouraging to keep pushing. I mean, I tolerate a lot. But I also can tolerate so much especially from people who I see daily thinking that it’s a compliment when I say that I’m offended. (And FYI, it’s not).
.
But I remember that I’m doing this for me. I say this a lot to people who ask me for advice, and it’s the best advice I can give to be honest. No one will understand what you’re doing and that’s ok. Just keep pushing and know that you are in it to be the best version of yourself, despite what others may think!

People always ask me what keeps me motivated to keep going to the gym and I always reply my results.

Seeing results is what pushes me to keep going and to keep improving. I never skipped a leg day, not even when I was ill, not even when it was raining, nothing ever stopped me from working hard to achieve my dreams. 
I used to suffer from eating disorders and I reached a point where I used to hate myself and the image I was seeing in the mirror until I realised that if I wanted to change, this change should have come from within, none else could “save” me. I had to save myself! So I started practising self love and had to courage to start the gym. Dedicating that hour to myself made such a difference to who I am today and that’s the type of message I want to give out. 
If you dedicate even 1 hour a day to your dreams and goals in a few years time, you will be a completely different person and you will never regret that time you invested in yourself I can promise you that ️

1. Apple. Apples are highly nutritious and one of the most popular fruits in the States. One cup of apple slices has 57 calories three grams of fiber.

3. Asparagus. One cup of asparagus has only 27 calories and is rich in vitamin K and folate.
